If you're wondering what constitutes a cinematic poem, story, or essay, look no further than the terrific commercials, many of them public service announce- ments, that have run during the Super Bowl since 2012. We're thinking about the Ram Truck commercial, Like a Farmer, narrated by Paul Harvey, or the spot on domestic violence in the 2015 game.

how to submit 

 

  1. Submissions must be in one of the following formats: M4V, MOV, or Quick-​Time.​

  2. Submissions must be between 2 and 12 minutes long.​

  3. Submission fee is $3 per entry. 

  4. You can submit MOV files to us through Submittable, or you can email us (ihlr.mail@gmail.com) and request that we set up a Dropbox delivery for you. Either way, you must pay for the submission fee of $15 through Submittable.

  5. Entries accepted beginning February 1 thru March 31 each year.​
